this has happened to someone? You are playing normally and suddenly the game shuts down and an error message appears saying "out of memory"

    Is it happend in begin of the game? Mid End?

    It taked more ram then you have so it gave a error, Please close inactive-items

    Take a screen shot, and send it to the technical support and they'll be able to help.

    They're gathering information about the errors/bugs that exist now and a screen shot would help a lot!

    Your computer ran out of ram, usually it start using virtual memory but since running a video game where VM is to slow to be used it just closes the game.

    If this is a new error, check what programs you started using recently. One of them may not be releasing RAM after its finished and is keeping it flagged as in use. You can usually find this out in the process tab of task manager, seeing multiple processes is a sign of this.

    Also, how much RAM do you have? If it less then 4GB I strongly suggest you upgrade it to 4GB or more.

    rightclick on 'my computer' select properties > advanced system settings > then it should already be on the tab 'advanced' click the first icon called 'settings' under a text which has the title of 'performance' then click on the tab advanced again and there should be something about your available physical memory. Now click on changing it. Select your windows harddrive from the bottom list. Now expand your memory manually, write down the numbers next to recommended. This should fix your problem.
