Crossfire file is changed?

So, first, version.ini was messed up. Then I got a fix for that. THEN I get this error, that crossfire.exe is changed? Or something. So then, I learnt that the REZ folder turned out to be dodgy. Dodgy meaning that the files I download are always out of date, so I believe. Same with the crossfire.exe.

I've tried reinstalling, turning off the antivirus, all the regulars. Does anyone know a fix?
