avg blocking crossfire.exe

ive never had this prob until the update last night but when start crossfire i get a popup saying theres malware in the crossfire.exe (i know its not true) and it wont let me make avg ignore it. it made me delete it and then CF would not load. it says the file has been altered. i had to unistall and reinstall the client after that.
