Pub is short for PUBLIC

Anyone can join and play.


PUG is short for Pick Up Game
10 people get together via ventrilo, 2 captains are chosen and teams are divided. It is a loose type of scrim. 5v5, S&D or GM. Additional rules are decided by whoever is running it (usually no Spop/Armor)

Scrim is short for Scrimmage, Euro term is CW or Clan War
It is a practice match. 5v5, official rules.
When you go to the clan server and play a random team, that is a scrim.

A match is simply a match,
It is official.

Yo dodgeball on CS was amazing.


It was like a high schoool basketball court with grenades in the middle. Off spawn you'd run to get a nade and once all the nades were gone it was knife only.


CSS had a dodgeball where you spawn with 1 hp and regenerating smoke grenades (that never actually produced smoke) and you'd throw them at each other.

I had a dream last night where people would go to lan with built in aimbots and all they would have to do is install a driver.
