Little Items for reporting cheaters

Hi. I have some idea:

Maybe GM's give us little items for reporting cheaters ?
This items can be: M4A1 Adv for one week, Some GP (5-20k), Name cards, another weapons for 7days.
I write this idea beacouse players still cheating and another CLEAR players don't report they beacouse they don't forget time for "nothing".

This game will better and have no cheaters
