Problem with my clan leadership

One big problem here, I was going to transfer my clan leadership to my friend (IGN: -Mage-). I am not sure how did I end up with no leader in my clan. Anyone know what causes this kind of error and how to return the leadership to either myself or my friend? Advice and help will be greatly appreciated.

Make Sure you have met all the requires and make sure your friend has 5k GP
