Invalid Character Info?

Everytime I score a kill or a death in a game, i am immediately disconnected afterwards with a message saying, "invalid character info". How can i fix this?

  tried reinstalling the game? this usually solves it, if not send a support ticket @ http://support.z8games.com/webform.aspx or PM [GM]Saidin
