new xtrap error plz help

when i open crossfire a xtrap error carrying a code field says
08-0400-00000000-550
i did not find it in the xtrap errors
Here is a screen shot

And there is another one

and i don't have antivirus
and not running any defending or blocking program and i have allowed cf on my firewall

Could you please post a screenshot of the error screen?
I have made a rough tutorial recently on how to post images on this board:

I preferably would like to see 2 images, one of the whole desktop and error screen and the other image of just the error screen itself in a closeup.

I see you have an icon to an Administrator folder.
Are you playing as administrator or on a regular/guest account?

I'd disable teamviewer too, but anyway; Probably a virus or cheats.
Solve both, and remove the hexeditor unless you really need it, I'm not sure what XTrap picks up on.

1. use ccleaner --> Clean everthing
2. CTRL + ALT + DELETE --> Task M. --> Close so much as you can
3. try it. if not work then try step 4.

4. Make new user on windows,
5. reinstall crossfire there,
6. restart pc and try.

EDIT: the first 3 worked for me.
