You will need to submit a Support ticket.
You should file it under Crossfire, then Account Administration.

The form will ask you for at least 2 pieces of account info. It will ask, but is not limited to:
Security Question & Answer
Registered email (which you probably don't "remember")
Account creation date

Good luck, and please understand it's not Z8's obligation to remember account info for you. If you were the TRUE account holder, it should be relatively simple to remember your account info. Please maintain and keep such info up-to-date.
