Version.ini errors PLZ help!

So Hey everyone,
When I opened crossfire, i clicked start and I got a failed to connect to version.ini, so to solve this i tried to reinstall the game. Guess what:p that didnt work. Then i checked the version.ini document, and it was blank. But some reason i keep trying and downloading the files, and the version.ini came back with info like this http://s29.postimg.org/qm4rd0yw7/Screenshot_5.png. So can someone plz tell me if it is right, or show me a copy of the newly updated on from the shadow mode patch. So now the second question, when i got to the patcher it loaded and updated way to fast for some reason, because usually it takes at least 25 minutes to update (11/12) portion(not sure of what rez), but this time i only saw (1/1), and (4/5) loading, and it was really quick. So can someone tell me why, and did it only update the shadow mode, and nothing else.Now last question, how do i know if my version is out of date. Also my crossfire is working right now, but how would i know if i m playing on the actual right server, and not one that is not fully updated.
