My ping

So guys I realize something weird about my ping. let me tell you a little about my network stuff, i live in the U.S., i play on the alpha server. My ping there is usually 37-39 during the day, but i realize at about 8:30pm at night my ping is like 56-66, then closer to the midnight its about 88-90. The weird thing is every next day it changes back to 37-39 until the next night(some nights I have 37 ping). Is this normal?

    ehm it also depends on who use ur network, maybe some other ppl also using it too. change ur network password and use a netcleaner and test it today, think it will work :)
