My main and my Alt Accouunt.

my main account ( IChocolate. ) stopped working for some reason i try to type in my password and it says wrong password my email isnt even in the account anymore can someone help me please , i tried to use a ticket and it said they could not get my account back because i could not remember my first password.

My Alt ( -Ambitous. ) I tried to change my email address and it said i had to go on to my other email address to verify but my registered email for this account has been deactivated so i was wondering what i should do.
