What the heck,guys?

What's happening with CF?Last week i used to have ping 94 in game,and now it is 259 and sometimes even higher.I thought that the problem is in my PC or ISP,but i checked it on another PC,still same problem.I can play one of the newest games Splinter Cell:Blacklist multiplayer without any problems or lags,but CF lags really hard,although is doesn't have modern graphics,and that's kind of frustrating.
