X-TRAP error

hello.
i got an error.

the access tpo X-Tarp patch server is unstable or X-Trap wasn´t able to run. Please , restart game.

i deleted cf, i restarted my pc, i deleted xtrap folder and patched it but nothing works. please help me.
im using win vista

Have you tried running CF as an administrator?

Did you recently have any virus definition updates to your antivirus?

Or any changes for that matter with anything?

yep. i tried all. i deleted xtrap folder patched as admin nothing works
