service not available from your region

why is this happen sir? i log in into my new account for so many times but it always says that "This service is not available from your region." what should i do now to let me play on this game?

    You should check out this thread:

    From where are you trying to play from?

    If it's in the "red" zone, all new accounts after Aug, 3rd, 2011 will have these restrictions applied to it.

    That being said, there are ways to possibly circumvent these restrictions. Do note that it may interfere with maintaining a stable gameplay.
