It generally depends on the subject and if the ticket is properly filed etc.

There's also the queue.

As dot said, it can depend on the subject. If this is something like account recover, or even chargebacks as a different subject, there may be plenty of other accounts before you that are "waiting in line" to get help.

I should think you're last in line in every category.
These things are done as a favor if there is time to spare, not a service you can depend on.

And since it's apparently not the first time, I'm not sure you can expect a response at all.
But time will tell.

they told me to change ign and I did then they would change it

Well unfortunately I would guess you won't get a response throughout the weekend either.

Sure. Some guy made a thread he sent in a ticket on the 4th got a reply in 20 mins i was like wdf..
