I recently just purchased two 25$ Karma Coin cards, I combined them to make it 50$. I then used the code on the deposit feature to receive my zp but when I entered the code and submitted it, the Crossfire website froze on me. Instantly I closed the window and re-did everything until it said the card pin was already redeemed but I never received my zp?

Has anyone experienced this before? Please leave me some feedback and thank you.

Do I still have to put the both codes? or do I use the one that was combined to 50$ since it only lets me use one pin # in support.
