UCG Ultimate Points Issues

I been waiting for the issue to get fix so i can use my UP to get some zp, :( i have 1k UP but whenever i go redeem>UCG>10$> apply the UP , the UP wont registed in the payment, normally i could have my 10k zp using UP. thank you for listening if anyone can help please do :(.

    Hmmm.... I've gone through this trouble before too xD. But anyways, A possible reason for why you might not have Ultimate Pay as a payment option is probably because you didn't select your correct country. If you're from the US, just select US in the country and you'll see "Ultimate Game Card" option. If I'm wrong, then I'm not sure what else is the problem.

    lol they does gave the up option, but when I apply my UP (I tried the other countries selection) It won't work. Like, they asked me if I wanted to use the 1k as the payment, I click Apply my UP, but after i clicked it it still show 8.99 ==" it suppose to get the UP and i didnt need to pay.
