Fix this stupid ass error

WHAT THE HELL IS THIS LEGACYSHADER.FXO SH*T?????? Does anyone know how to fix it? I even tried checking other websites besides this one because you guys aren't focusing.
I deleted all the files of the game and everything and reinstalled it 5 times, I'm getting really tired of this reinstall thing.. Please Im begging you fix itt Its been like 2 weeks since I've played.....

You are using Raidcall right ? or other kind of VOIP ?
