Hack Tool Has Been Detected 0.5.0.0

I hate to be adding to the spam, but can a Mod/GM please respond to this:

This Hack Tool problem has been happening so frequently that things feel like it's totally not playable. Yes, after a while it doesn't show up, but it's like every time I start up the game, I gotta go wait out 5 minutes just because the server can't hook me up right.

Any solid explanation yet, or is this still under investigation?
