Contact to Support Team > Account issues section and get a ticket , tell them ur Securty answer and ur account creation date or what ever info. they asked and they will give u back ur email.

Click Crossfire
Then click Account Administration
Then click Next.

Fill out the form. Remember to provide 2 pieces of evidence to show you are the true account holder.

If you cannot communicate with Support then you are out of luck.

You are responsible for maintaining and remembering your own account information.
That is, if you are the true account holder and didn't get the account through a trade/sale, etc.
