"account reset"

hello guys

my english is bad (i am from europe) but i will try to make you understand my problem:



As I said have I an old account wich is able to play... but this account is old, noob and too high...
I have also an other account but I only know Its IP... I forgott the rest... this account is really cool..

My question is: Is it possible to reset an account to level 0 to start new??
