Failed to connect to server : W[2003] L[0]

When I was playing crossfire it randomly stopped working and i got this error: Failed to connect to server : W[2003] L[0] so I pressed okay and tried to run crossfire again and got the same error. Now i've tried to uninstall and reinstall, turn off my laptop and turn it back on and crossfire still isn't working. I don't know what could be causing the issue accept for if they are updating right now but i'm not too sure because of my time zone. I live in minnesota, Central Time Zone.

any ideas why?

If you are guys are getting File is changed error then you will have to download the new updated client from the website. Uninstalling and re installing wont work. This is why i dont patch the game until and unless the servers come back online. Dont know if this is related to the problem but worth a shot.

When you run CF_G4box there is time of the servers given in the right corner or infront of ANNOUNCEMENTS and also at the end of this page which is in GMT....
