I can't play!!

Grettings, for some reason, I can not play crossfire, the reason could be because the screen goes everything black only when I start the game, I logging, I get into the servers normally, but to get into the game goes everything black, as you can see in image only i see the life, who kills who, etc etc.
I want someone to help me solve this problem.

What's that to the left of the Crosshair?

Is your brightness turned all the way down? ;o

No that's a bug where nothing can be seen on the map except for cross-hair and nades/explosion animations (through walls).

Common cause: Windows XP
Error: Vertex lock failed

It's something to do with vertex processing on the graphics cards

I can't play!!
