disconnect from server

disconnect from host-03
then disconnect from server
then blocked for 5 min >>>> the most common problem i have

sometimes hack tool has been detected
sometimes when login : this acc, is already login !! this massage appear

never using hack
no one ever know my passwaord except me

always have this problem although my ping is 65

i tried every thing reinstall reload the game
firewall off
run as admin
all these stuff not working
even can't submit a support ticket
i sent many pm to GM without any replay >>> i'm really angry for this
