i ope my character and play in 14th feb and didn't get the "I heart CF" Ribbon!
why this

please answer me faaaast
i need this ribbon and need to open rival factions ribbon too
answer me fast

Only then if your ribbon is not given feel free to send a support ticket about this problem.
