Ultimate Game Points not redeeming

I recently purchased 3x $20 Ultimate Gaming Cards and used $42.xx for the 50k ZP option, I previously had purchased more ZP; so I had about 53-54 UP left on my account before adding the $60 worth. When I went to redeem the 20k ZP option after successfully purchasing the 50k one, it won't allow me to buy it. I have enough funds for it, with a few left over - every time I click to add my existing (1760ish) Ultimate points it just brings me back to enter a new PIN into my UGC account.
