New Errors? Not Failed To Connect xD

So i recently bought a VVIP gun (The M4 IB) and i noticed not only when i get a headshot with it does it show up as a white box but sometimes just getting a headshot crashes my game with a box saying "Send Error Report" ? On top of that if i EVER press shift and tab my game always crashes. This happens a lot because i check my score board a lot. So as you can tell it happens when im Shift walking. Any way to fix these issues? thanks!

    Perhaps the patch wasn't installed correct on your computer. The CF_Patcher may sometimes be stuck for a while on the same screen. Some people close it and re-start it. You shouldn't do this at any cost. This might prevent you from installing the new patches correctly and cause errors. You should clear your patch cache and re-install the patch.
