Failed to connect to server!

When I start up crossfire and it gets to the log in screen a message pops up saying 'Failed to connect to server' and I press Ok and crossfire closes.

Is your company aware of this? It is happening to more people beside me.

they are down, but that doesn't explain why I can't get past the log in screen. I don't get the chance to write my password and the message pops up and closes crossfire.
