Unable to change E-mail . Help please

Hello guys.

I have left the game for a very long time then I returned back gladly.

The problem is that I can't change my E-mail at all.

Even while being sure 100 % that my secret answer is correct 100 % !

Still, it's giving me this : Changing email faild, please try it later or contact Customer Service for assistance.Failure sending mail.

I have tried many times and around 3 days , still Not working. Help

What should I do ?

Fix the Damn EMAILS! I didnt spent $500 to not be able to play on my freaking account!!!!

The issue is with Microsoft accounts. Hotmail etc.

We're currently investigating why confirmation emails are not being sent properly.

In the mean time, please send your report to support.z8games.com and we will try to manually assist you.
