Email confirmation

So i just got my account back by a ticket from a guy who stole it. when they asked me about the new Email i told them a gmail one. now when i send a lost password mail it tells me "Your account information has been sent to the above email address. You may request this information 5 more times today. " but i dont receive anything. Is there's something wrong with Gmail or it just takes time?

Usually it should be instant or within 5 minutes as a norm. But yea there could be a possibility or a problem with the system at this time.

Edit: also have you looked at any junk/spam folder(s)? Perhaps it did arrive but it's in there?

Yup but they are empty.I sent the confirm 15 mins ago so i guess as you said its a system problem...

Try again tomorrow. They've recently been updating portions of the website, with an aim to correct some problems with Support. It's possible they're tinkering here as well. Tonight they're doing another web maintenance as well as the Valentine patch.

lol when I meant a day I meant like 24 hours. xD

Idk much to be honest. I'm sorry you're having troubles with that lost password tool.

P.S. When you normally change email from web site/account management, website require a new email address + answer for security question BUT z8 will also send an confirmation email to initial registered email - SO you must enter initial registered email and confirm the change by click on the link they send to you in first 24 hours IF not the email will not be changed.

It's been 20 hours for now. Also i took my account back from a guy who stole it by the support of z8games so they totally deleted the old email and changed it to the new one. But they cant tell me the password i have to send a lost password mail to get the password and change it. This also help z8games to make sure that i gave them the right email not an invalid one.

Also i used to get the mail immediately after i send one by the lost password page. it didnt take all this time.
