I need help running the game

ok so i installed the game and when i go to run it i get an error message saying : MSVBVM60.DLL missing and that reinstalling may help. well i keep reinstalling the game and continue to keep getting the same error does anyone know of a solution or way to make this stop any input would be appreciated
