I Dont receive a mail to my email!

I am trying to know the date of my account creation. so i send a lost password message
it tells me that it was successful and i can send 5 messages per day
but when i open my account i dont receive anything
i see that many people are having the same problem

Fix it please!

Click on My Profile (left column)
Under profile, then click 'Logs'
once there select 'GP Log'
Search..

it will tell you your first GP character purchased, that is the date you more than likely created the account.
