Where is my 'GRIZZLED VETERAN' ribbon?

I joined in 2012 and its 2014 now so where is the GRIZZLED VETERAN ribbon? It says to get the ribbon I get to have this account for 2 years and it has been 2 years now so is this a glitch OR do I need to wait until the day I joined the game ( Which I don't know )

It needs to be EXACTLY 2 years. (Day, month, year)

It has to be down to the exact day. If you have no idea when that was, you could be waiting nearly another year. There used to be an option for support to tell you when you created your character but I think they removed it.

I think ribbon page not updating itself like before maybe they're upgrading it, don't know. But my brother have same problem too. He have 15 permanent guns, 6 permanent guns from crate and his account 1 years old but still didn't get those ribbons.
