Why is it taking so long to answer a ticket?!

I Sent a ticket 3 days ago and till now i get no answer. why is it taking that long?! i really need help.

It's Monday.
Support doesn't work 100% on weekends.
And their work day hasn't started yet, so I'm thinking you've waited closer to 3 office hours, which is around 45 hours less than you should.

Be patient and consider weekends.

Why is it taking so long to answer a ticket?!
