i dont know! i just went to open the game to find the message that id or pass has changed and then i checked my profile page to find the clan has changed too!

I Already sent a ticket just hope it works!
And i guess it was stolen caz i dont cheat,only my family members use my computer and i have money i dont need free zp and if i do i will use surveys. no guns hack or share my account with anyone caz i know people can use hack or steal my account
and btw lately many people just ask random people for free ZP

Your account couldn't have just been stolen out of thin air mate.
You must've done something that caused your info to be stolen on the spot.
Which everyone knows the free zp hacks don't work cause it's all key logging.
Anyway, I do hope you get your account hacked. I've had mine taken years ago and I couldn't get it back. So, I had to start over. There wasn't much on there anyway so I couldn't give a crap about it. It sucks really.
But like I said, your account couldn't of been stolen out of a hat. You must've done something, not saying you did but just trying to clarify.

thanks for the advice but guys i don't use zp hack or any of these i am not that idiot who believes these stuff...all what i have to do now is waiting for the ticket reply tomorrow ... -

And 1 week later he has his account back. Now you ask how did I know he sold the account? Because I did a name search on him and found him on a well known hack site selling the account. But he got it back anyway. After I pointed a MOD to the site he was selling the account on. The MOD just said: I DONT CARE.... End of Story.

and do you expect the people on the forums to know when a sale has occurred?
and why do you expect forum mods to take care of the issue? They don't have access to any Support tools.
It's all on Support. Blame them for helping people recover their own account and not figure out some more account sharing. -
IDK the story of that guy who sold his acc. But i didnt sell my account.i wouldnt post anything on the forum if i would take money in return.Even "Sharks" the clan that was changed to. I Found out that its an Egyptian hacking clan.
I am 24 H online waiting for the ticket's reply to take my account back before the guy who stole my account use hack and get me banned or sell my guns. You still think i sold my account?

People are not secure enough with the simple things on their account. Their Login ID, Security Answer, Registered Email are all things you need to keep to yourself. No website will give you free weapons, free zp or anything else for free. If you try to sell your account, if you give your info to your brother, if you download a keylogged hack program. These are all things that can cause you to lose your account. So what one did you do?

so Again i DONT USE ZP OR GUNS HACK.I know these things are not REAL only most pro hackers can hack the system to get free money but not a stupid program telling you put the ID or email and password to get zp.it's not my first online game i know many stuff about these programs.and till now i dont have any idea how my account got stolen.My brother has only my ID and PW but he doesnt open them nor use my computer caz i never see him using it.
So again i dont use ZP or Guns hack nor sold my account to anyone and i still have no idea how it got stolen.
