Account stolen
Hi guys... this is my problem. in early 2012 i get my account stolen. i realize it some month late beacause with the college i have not so much time in this last years. i tried to ask help to z8 2 or 3 times from this account but nothing. everytime i get the same answer "you have not entered all the data" or something like... i can give the sign email and the screen that i received from z8 for activate the account with all the data of account.
i ask to you. what should i do?

Well that's why you provide a detailed explanation in the message box. But you also need to confirm with them you are the true account holder of the account that's sending the ticket.
