Spike + other miscellaneous stuff.
Blehh. I am currently role playing damsel in distress.
On my end I have two computers. One of them used for basic internet surfing+Youtube....
So I spike when my siblings are watching YouTube. Any suggestions on fixing this? I tried to modify modem/router setting to mollify me and my current situation. Worked for a bit and now its coming back....
Other topic, I see videos with people playing 800*600 without black bars (perfect fullscreen). Any way to make this possible?
Router is a 2Wire, and ISP is AT&T(terribad but no other service here)
