Help with connecting

"This service isnt available in your region"

This apears when Im try to get into the game.. Can anyone help me with this..?

I haven't been able to connect ever since after the patch. Solutions were provided; such as resetting modem, re installing game, ect none of them worked. GL and the lovely Tech Team doesn't enjoy replying to tickets.
