Failed to connect to MMO server then program crashes

Since the latest patch on 02/05/2014 I get an error saying Failed to connect to MMO server every time I try to connect to Alpha or Bravo. Does anyone know WTF is going on???? It won't even allow me to do a screen print because as soon as I get that error the program stops responding. I am ABLE to play on Delta but there's never a lot going on there....

I'm having the same problem

Since the new update I cannot login to Alpha Server, everytime I try it gets stuck on STEP 2 and then freezes the game. Every other Server is working fine but there is barely anybody playing in it. Can someone please solve this problem.

Apparently they don't friggin' CARE. They are to busy releasing their stupid "new" guns and chars to give 2 $hits about people having issues playing. Yeah buddy, keep rolling out those ******ed ZP guns to keep people PAYING but don't do anything to fix the damn issues......

Wow..... this is really starting to tick me off now. Still can't get on any server other than Delta so I am doing a clean install of the game to see if that will work....

Clean reinstall and still I cannot get on to Alpha server. I finally managed to get a screen shot and here it is....

This is really starting to **** me off..... I finally have some time to play and I can't! FIX THIS or tell us WTF is going on.....
