LA SWAT no hat model + 'Skilled'

The LA SWAT model's hat/hair is missing from all the characters I saw so it looks like they have a shaved head (The BL hat model and the GR hair model isn't appearing basically) Obviously I had no equipment, and another LA SWAT player's hair model was missing too.

Also they have the 'skilled' trait now with smoke reduction which I'm guessing is a bug.
