Mouse problem (NOT solved by sticky)

Alright so I tried the Actual setub of the Sticky by Slant.

The problem of my mouse is that it stop time to time for 1-2 ms and well it disturb my gameplay.

I use Razer Mamba 2012 4000dpi default.
Windows 7 64 bit sytem.
2gb Graphic card.
2gb RAM.

I don't think that it has anything to do with the game. Probably your CPU is not strong enough.

If you have a dual core setup, try going into your task manager and setting your affinity in crossfire to only one core. A few years ago that problem was prevalent and that fixed it for some people.

Could you explain how I do that?
I know how to go to task manager
