Purchased Card No GP.

Hello, last week or so i purchased a Hazard Card +20kGP on Playspan.
I double checked that it said Hazard +20kGP and i never received my GP.
I received my Card though but i really wanted GP most.
I was deeply upset about this..i sent a ticket but i got a lousy Auto-Message...
(This shows what GM's do nowadays... everything automatic...)
I waited and waited still no GP.
Any suggestions? GM's won't help can any of you point of the problem?
