Unable to change clans name

Hey im leader of Sgt.lxCs and i wanted to change my clans name so we gathered 9500zp in clan bank to buy it..when i went to z8games mall ( clan items ) ii clicked on the change clan name button and it wouldnt allow me to buy it it said

""Sorry, your account currently does not have enough Z8 Points to purchase this item.""

GMs plz help me
