Outrages!

Alright So I bought 40kzp today, put in the 20kzp UGC code, fine; Put in the other code, nothing. No 40kzp, instead it stood at 20k! I tried redeeming both just in case, says it's already been redeemed. I work hard for my money guys, and for it to bs me like this is ridiculous. Please respond ASAP, as I'm out 20$, and out 20kzp!
