Resolution issue - low 800x600 unsupported

I've downloaded the game and installed it, after that when i try to open the game as i have a monitor "samsung" that does not support 800x600 resolution (Says mode not compatible) everything goes black and i can do anything, i tried to change the settings in "mydocuments/cross fire/system.dat" but nothing changed.
I want to play but i don't know how to solve this issue.

Is there a way to force to open at high resolution or what should i do?

I have w7 with an APU 3870k if you need any information i can provide it.
My current resolution is 1680x1050.

If your monitor can't support 800x600 resolution then you can't do anything about it.

My monitor is a Samsung LN22A450 is a TV.

Thanks TheShadowRo i've open the game, yes i should get a monitor but i can't afford the price of a good monitor. I'm from Venezuela, so i have to work like 3 month without eating to buy a damn good display or be rich xD.

Thanks again and i have to play with what i have.

When this TV have HDMI and your PC also, use HDMI Cable.Its a way for better resolution, are not the best way. mfg.
