New type of hackers

I dont know if u guys are aware of this issue already but i really want to report 2 guys: VietNo0B and USS*Seauiper ( who is not USS*Seaviper) (all the names are correct in every letter). They all go in the same room such as Media HM with VietNo0B uses some kinds of pro hack tool and the other guy just go in and go out every damn second try to kick everyone else except his friend. By doing that the second guy can block every other people's vote so the first guy can go wild and do whatever he wants without being stopped.
This is my first time to post a thread in z8 forum so im not sure that this is the right place to report hackers or not. But anyway, could someone pls do sth about this because it just makes other players feel rage by being in the room only.
I dont have the screen capture but Z8 should do sth about it by enhancing your X-trap or adjust the vote kick system so that no one can't vote kick in at least 30s or 1min so others can kick the true hacker.
