How can i lower my ping?

In game i have 200-300 ping. What can i do with my ping?

I live in Russia in far east.

Theres not really much to do, youre just very far from the servers, i suggest you play the russian CF version .

1) Weapons are expensive!
2) A lot more players using third-party software
3) Would it be correct to call,
all novelties in the Russian localization appear with a delay of half a year
4) The attitude of the administration is very different
