made new account and can´t log in

Hello,I made a new acc my old one is stolen by a scammer.I did a new one but I can´t log in."This servic is not avaible in your region" it says.what should I do?

Well you have the answer for your problem right there. "This service is not avaible in your region" so you are not going to be able to play CF in this version again. You should try another one. Some regions were IP blocked ( August 3rd, 2011 ) so you can't make new accounts if you are in the red region.
