All you have to do is remember who is doing the updates (Z8 Games)

The servers were down for aprox 2 hours.. which is almost right on time for what we said they would be down for.

They are up now, but be warned they are busy with people installing the patch.

The servers are up however they are getting hammered with all of you trying to download the patch at once.

If you still get this problem after a few hours just reinstall the game and repatch it from then.

All of these problems (file has been changed or forged, version.ini and patch_cf errors) are all due to the same thing.

A little patience is all that is required.
